1. Information We Collect

• Usage Data (Automatic): When you access the Service, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, and standard web log data via Google Analytics 4 and PostHog.
• Authentication Data: If you sign up or log in, we use Supabase Auth to securely handle your credentials. If you use Google OAuth, we collect your email address, name, and profile picture provided by Google. We do not store your passwords directly.
• Cookies and local storage: We use them to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. Google Analytics and PostHog use cookies or similar technologies to collect usage data. Yandex Adfox and Adsterra may use cookies and device identifiers to deliver and measure ads.
• Bot protection: We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the service from abuse. Turnstile may process technical browser and device data to distinguish people from automated requests.
• Guest sessions: We store a random identifier in a cookie to track free usage limits and your guest balance. When you sign up or sign in, guest records may be linked to your account.

2. Local Storage & Privacy by Design

The Web Clipboard stores snippets in your browser. If you choose to enable account sync, snippets are also stored in your account and available on devices where you enable sync. Other tools may process inputs on a server when needed to provide their results.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and improve our Service.
• To authenticate you and save your personal history/settings in tools.
• To monitor the usage of our Service and detect technical issues or fraud.
• To communicate with you about service updates.

4. Third-Party Services

We share data with trusted third-party service providers solely for the purpose of running the application:

• Supabase: For authentication, database hosting, and user management.
• Google Analytics & PostHog: For analyzing website traffic and tracking user behavior.
• Cloudflare: For secure hosting, CDN services, DDoS protection, and Turnstile bot protection.
• Yandex Adfox and Adsterra: For delivering and measuring advertisements. These advertising partners may process IP addresses, browser information and device identifiers, and use cookies or similar technologies.
• Plisio: For processing cryptocurrency payments. We do not store your private keys or payment details; Plisio securely processes the transaction and returns a status.

We do not sell your personal data to advertisers.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Account details and transaction records are kept while your account is active. If you request account deletion in Settings, sign-in access is removed and the profile is deactivated. Some profile, history, and purchase records are retained for account recovery and transaction records. Contact us to request access to or deletion of personal data.

6. GDPR (European Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccuracies, or deletion of your account.
