1. Information We Collect

• Usage Data (Automatic): When you access the Service, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, and standard web log data via Google Analytics 4 and PostHog.
• Authentication Data: If you sign up or log in, we use Supabase Auth to securely handle your credentials. If you use Google OAuth, we collect your email address, name, and profile picture provided by Google. We do not store your passwords directly.
• Cookies, Advertising Cookies, and Local Storage: We use cookies, mobile device identifiers, and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session, store your local preferences, collect analytical data, and serve personalized ads. Google and other third-party vendors (like Yandex AdFox) use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits.
• Bot Protection Data: We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our endpoints from abuse. Turnstile may securely analyze technical browser and device telemetry to distinguish humans from bots, without tracking your identity.
• Guest Session Identifiers: To provide free limits for unregistered guests, we generate a randomized, anonymous device identifier stored locally on your device. This identifier is not linked to any personal data.

2. Local Storage & Privacy by Design

Many of our tools, such as the Web Clipboard, are designed with strict "Privacy by Design" principles. For these tools, your entered data and texts are saved strictly locally on your device (in localStorage) to prevent data loss. This content is never transmitted to, or stored on, our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and improve our Service.
• To authenticate you and save your personal history/settings in tools.
• To monitor the usage of our Service and detect technical issues or fraud.
• To communicate with you about service updates.

4. Third-Party Services

We share data with trusted third-party service providers solely for the purpose of running the application:

• Supabase: For authentication, database hosting, and user management.
• Google Analytics & PostHog: For analyzing website traffic and tracking user behavior.
• Cloudflare: For secure hosting, CDN services, DDoS protection, and Turnstile bot protection.
• Yandex AdFox / Google AdSense: For displaying relevant advertisements.
• Plisio: For processing cryptocurrency payments. We do not store your private keys or payment details; Plisio securely processes the transaction and returns a status.

We do not sell your personal data to advertisers.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account information and transaction history for as long as your account is active. You may permanently delete your account at any time via your Account Settings. Upon deletion, your personal data (such as your email address) is permanently removed from our active databases.

6. GDPR (European Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). ToolsBatch acts as a Data Controller. You have the right to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccuracies, or deletion of your account.
