We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access and use our tools for personal or commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Service. Specifically, you agree NOT to: (a) attempt to interfere with our servers; (b) scrape content automatically or bypass bot protection mechanisms (such as Cloudflare Turnstile); (c) use tools to generate malicious or illegal material; (d) embed or reverse-engineer our internal APIs (API Leeching) in third-party applications without written permission; or (e) use automated scripts, bots, or manipulation to fraudulently gain rewards from our Ad Rewards system.
Some tools may allow you to create an account or sign in using third-party providers (like Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Some advanced features use your account balance. Balance provides access to these features; it has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or withdrawn. Free balance is renewed every 30 days and expires at the end of its period. Balance from purchased top-ups does not expire. All cryptocurrency payments for balance top-ups or Pro passes (processed via Plisio) are strictly final and non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions. If purchased balance is not credited, contact support so we can resolve the delivery of that balance.
All content, code, branding, and design elements of ToolsBatch are the intellectual property of ToolsBatch. You retain all rights to any data, text, or files you input into our tools, and we do not claim ownership of your generated content.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, accuracy, or suitability of the tools for any specific purpose. Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolsBatch and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our Service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will post the revised terms on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
